Established in 2005 by Mr Arteest and Ged Holmes, Kitch-en Gallery was a Contemporary Urban Art Gallery specialising in selling limited edition prints and original works by some of the best up and coming artists in the UK.
Over the years we had the pleasure of working with the Scrawl Collective – Mr Jago, Steff Plaetz, Will Barras, SheOne | Xynthetic Collective – comprising of WASTE, Richt, JamFactory, Orco, Danny Wainwright, Klingatron, Pone, Lee Page, David Canning, Laura Thorne | Matt JOnes aka Lunartik | Ben the Illustrator and his Speakerdogs | Phlegm | The Lomography Society and many others.
In March 2010 we held one final big exhibition in Newcastle Upon Tyne with an awesome line-up of artists full of new and old talent.
The exhibition included: Mobstr | Malarko| Joel Millerchip |Myne | Phlegm | Craww | Gonduras Jitomirsky | Jessie Douglas | Ben The Illustrator | Mr JOnes (Lunartik) | GMC | Jam Factory | European Animal | Sune
Entertainment on the night included live art from Ghetto Method Collective and European Animal along with music and break dancing act Bad Taste Cru. Nothing like a touch of old school to please the masses!
All of the branding, promotional and marketing material, website and interior design of the gallery was created by me.
